We are known for our transformation yoga, a strong focus on accessible yoga classes, accomplished teachers, community building, and their student's well-being. Our mission is to empower people to breath, relax, heal, and transform through the practice and wisdom of yoga.

We offer various yoga workshops including Meditation & Deep Relaxation, Restorative Yoga with Healing Sounds, and Yoga for Healthy Feet. Outdoor Yoga, Goat Yoga at Aussakita Acres Farm, and other seasonal events are also available.

Essential Anatomy is a program for both experienced yoga teachers and yoga students seeking to deepen and explore the science of anatomy and physiology through the lens of yoga.
Yoga teachers will strengthen their confidence in supporting students on the mat and cultivate an expanded embodiment of their own personal practice.
