We are known for our transformation yoga, a strong focus on accessible yoga classes, accomplished teachers, community building, and their student's well-being. Our mission is to empower people to breath, relax, heal, and transform through the practice and wisdom of yoga.

Led by Sarita Nanda and Kelvin Young ~ Friday, October 11th ~ 6:00pm-8:00pm Take a break from your busy week and treat yourself to a soothing and nurturing experience designed to cultivate the dual capacity for letting go to replace letting be with presence, rest, resilience, and inner calmness. This slow paced workshop seamlessly blends the gentle and effortless practice of restorative yoga with the soothing embrace of sound healing vibrations by Kelvin Young. Sarita will guide you through a series of restorative supported poses, allowing you to surrender into each posture with ease. Meanwhile, Kelvin will lead you through a magical journey of multi-sound baths, incorporating healing crystal singing bowls, a gong, ocean sounds, etc. These harmonious sounds will envelop you, encouraging profound relaxation and rejuvenation throughout the practice. In addition, you will explore effective breathing techniques (Pranayama) with a combined mudra sequence. This combined practice will help you melt away any tension, quiet the mind, balance the nervous system, and invite a deep sense of relaxation- rest and leave you feeling renewed and centered. -Pre-registration is recommended.
