We are known for our transformation yoga, a strong focus on accessible yoga classes, accomplished teachers, community building, and their student's well-being. Our mission is to empower people to breath, relax, heal, and transform through the practice and wisdom of yoga.
workshops & events
We offer various yoga workshops including Meditation & Deep Relaxation, Restorative Yoga with Sound Healing, Therapy Ball Rolling, and Glow Yoga. In addition to workshops, we also offer 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training and 300 hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training.
