*For those working towards completing Samadhi's 300-hour Teacher Training, all modules are required unless indicated as electives (in which case you must pick 3 of the 4 elective options). You will have 2 years to complete all requirements.

Anatomy + Kinesiology for Yoga – Nikki Arel
Build a practical understanding of the body in motion. Learn safe, effective cueing and sequencing from a functional anatomy perspective.

Yoga Nidra + Savasana – Sharon Shanti
Dive into the science and soul of deep rest. Learn to craft Yoga Nidra journeys and hold space for transformative Savasana experiences.

Sangha + Nivritti: Community and Inward Turn – Sushma Reddy & Amy Thompson
Reflect on your teaching path, connect to the collective, and explore the deeper inner shift from doing to being in the yoga journey.


September 25–27, 2026

The Upanishads Sushma Reddy ** Via Livestream** This modules explores the wisdom of the and Upanishads and their teachings on the Self, truth, freedom and the nature of reality. Teaching Yoga for Beginners Sharon Shanti Learn how to design accessible, empowering classes for new students, building strong foundations in breath, movement, and awareness.

Advanced Assisting Nikki Arel Refine your ability to offer skillful, supportive hands-on assists that enhance alignment, awareness, and confidence in a yoga practice.



Practicum
There is a 40-hour practicum as part of the 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training. We have uniquely embedded 25 hours of this within the modules. You are able to cover the remaining hours of the required practicum by completing 15 hours of at least two of the following: 

   
   -   Assisting in classes being taught in rotation for YTT graduates at the studio

   -   Assisting in classes being taught by Lead teachers
   -   Assisting in 200-hour YTT classes (during our yoga practices on YTT weekends
   -   Keeping a journal reflecting on the Modules you take
   -   Reading recommended books
   -   Spending time in person or via Zoom with 200-hour YTT student/s to help them practice teaching,                 sequencing classes, etc.                

Sushma Reddy and/or Amy Thompson will help you come up with a plan for your practicum. You have 2 years to complete this. Feel free to email Amy about this as a starting point at jamythompson321@gmail.com.
